FIVE PIN BOWLING! Great for families and young children, reasonable prices, these aging lanes are still a lot of fun! Six of us (3 adults and 3 boys 7, 3, and 2) were there for a fundraising event and played one game. 
The lane we were using had a lot of crown, it was tough to get the ball rolling straight. The balls also have chips and dents but long as you don't really care about your performance and results, you're going to enjoy your time at Willowbrook Lanes. 
The staff are super helpful and the shoes actually fit pretty well, sizes are true and they have a couple of different brands to choose from. 
There are bumpers and launching racks making it easy for the little ones to get involved. Somehow my seven-year-old grandson managed to get a gutter ball even with the bumpers in place haha! Everything is automated so you don't need to keep track of the scores... or in my case, figure out how to handle the points.
Even though we did not eat anything at the facility, I noticed that there were a few drinks and nachos available for snacking and maybe even more.
It has no bad smell like so many older places which I found quite refreshing. Washrooms are clean and adequately maintained and stocked with paper.

I would give it a 0. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Lane wasn't working, refused refund. I can understand why this archaic activity with all of the broken technology is being beaten up by it's competitors. They are an offense to customer service. As an FYI the communication buttons don't work so they will just berate you for not telling them things aren't working. Sure blame the customer. Sad place that needs to be turned into condos.

I love bowling here! Inside could use some updates but its still a great place!

This place was really fun! Staff are amazing! They are a little older of a place but kids don't really care about that
