They have the best Eye Doctors in various category here. I believe one of the best in the country.  Being here, and all staff and management are excellent.

It really is a shame!! My doctor was great but the communication between staff and patients is terrible. What is the point of making a scheduled appointment if is going to take over 2.5 hours to finally be seen. I ended up walking out because I had to get back to work.

This is a very busy office. I think some people do not realize, like in my experience, that various suburban area hospitals do not have the proper eye doctors on staff in their ER. This means that every time there is an eye injury in the ER, they will likely send you to Wills Eye for treatment. That was my case. The doctor I saw, Dr. McMahon, was very helpful in diagnosing and providing a treatment plan for my eye injury. My home hospital had me thinking it was something much worse to deal with. After seeing Dr. McMahon, though it was a serious injury, he assured me all would be okay! I followed his treatment plan and made a great recovery!

The doctors here are simply the best around. Very professional staff. The only place to go for serious eye problems!

Worst experience!  No point in making an appointment because you will not be seen for at least two hours after that.  There is no organization!
