Our family have been involved with CHOP since 2004, year child was diagnosed. We have experienced respect, comfort, professionalism, and inclusion in the care and hospitalizations during these 13 years. 
A BIG SHOUT OUT to 5-East Inpatient. The team on that floor are FANTASTIC. I cannot say enough thank you's to and for them. The entire hospital is staffed with pleasant, helpful, professional, and comforting personnel. Thank You CHOP!!!!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Chop Hospital!!!! Took my son here in 2016 for a perforated appendix. Took him to St Chris 3x's within a 2 week span and nothing as soon as we walked in to Chop they took him back immediately and within the hour they were able to tell me what was wrong with him. He stayed in the hospital for 10 days and they treated him so great!!! Staff are wonderful. At that time my son didn't have ins and they took care of helping me with applying for ins and pay for all his medications. Have been going there since. Every Hospital has there Ups and downs with wait times no matter where you go but this hospital is worth all of it especially when dealing with your children.

Well since I have nothing better to do because I'm bored out of my mind, I've decided to write a review. I'm going on 3 hours of waiting with my 2yo to get a cast on his leg. I know it's not the most urgent of needs but I literally watched family after family come in and leave before they called me. And I'm still waiting just in a room now. My guess is another hour or two until my 2yo actually gets a cast on his leg. The one star is for the staff actually being nice and the hospital is very clean and nice.

The hospital is great! They are really attentive and explain everything.  The restaurant downstairs actually has edible food!

My five year old daughter has epilepsy and autism. One seizure lasted 8 minutes so we brought her to the children’s hospital. Later on in the we she went into cardiac arrest and they later revived her. After they found out she had autism they sent us home from the er that same day after she went into cardiac arrest. The same night my older daughter Lexy fainted and she does not have any mental health disorder. The kept her over night but not my daughter that went into cardiac arrest!! Do not go here if you child has any mental health disorders!!!!
