Wilson was the only company to quickly diagnos a problem that 2 other A/C companies missed. Our master bedroom has never heated or cooled correctly and after 1 visit with Wilson, we are sleeping comfortably again. Great experience!

Fantastic! Our system quit cooling and Adam was out, after hours, within minutes. Super friendly and helpful, he got us cooling until our system can be permanently repaired. Thank you so much!

They arrived within 45 minutes on a sunday. John immediately identified the swollen and damaged capacitor, and had the part in his truck to replace it. $197 (after install) for a $15 capacitor is pretty steep, plus 85 for the call. If you can suffer for a bit, and turn a screw driver without killing yourself, maybe wait; but as the bill is being picked up by the landlord, I won't complain.

When the condensing unit and 10-year old air handler at our beach condo started giving out, we began our research into whom we'd go with to replace our system. There is no shortage of HVAC companies in the area so it took a while to get the list down to a select few. When I called Wilson, they were very knowledgeable about our building and what kind of system we'd need. With fair pricing and very friendly service, we decided to go with Wilson. This is where they really shined. Our broken A/C had been patched up but decided to fail for the last time right as a tenant was leaving. We had a just a handful of days before our next renter was moving in and our scheduled installation wasn't until after they left. Wilson was able to shuffle some jobs around and accommodate us. They did the install just 2 days after that and everything went smoothly. The new A/C was in before the next renter and it's working perfectly. We were able to keep our scheduled renter and I couldn't have been happier with how everything went. I won't forget how Wilson was able to help us out in a pinch!
