We had a nice experience over all at the ER.  The nurses, doctor and therapists took fairly quick and competent care of my very young, 5- month-old son who was sick with croup and the associated breathing problems.  I am a medical professional and while the ER is small, I felt they addressed my problem appropriately and we left relieved and satisfied.

Most of my experiences have been superior. During one visit, they were unable to diagnose my issue, but referred me to a specialist that very day.

There needs to be a negative stars on this. My experience in the emergency room was the most undignified and barbaric time of my life. Not only was the Doctor in the room a mere 30 seconds, his 'examination' of me didn't even take up that 30 seconds. Obviously I don't want my medical information out on the web, but I can attest that not a single person beyond the gentleman that brought me back to the exam room, and the lady that brought what tools any other doctor would have used to actually perform an exam on a patient, introduced themselves to me. No one checked to make sure I was the patient they were supposed to be treating and no one even told me about the treatment I was getting, let alone gave me options and asked if I was ok with the treatment. Needless to say, I'm driven to make a formal complaint to the state for investigation of their practices, and I'm the LAST person who reviews anything, let alone a hospital because I am far more understanding with the healthcare world as I work in it.

I went to the After Hour Clinic at the hospital and was told they did not do X-rays so I went to the ER. I was charged over $1300 just to get a X-ray and diagnosis, only to be have my foot misdiagnosis. I checked with my insurance to see if Wilson was in network and they was only to find afterwards that the doctor in the ER wasn't in network. I will never got back to this hospital. I went to a foot doctor 2 days later and got a lot more testing and treatments and was charged $890.

Came in with multiple issues and come up with an imaginary diagnosis after three hours. Nurses were all rude, doctors couldn't look us in the eyes, and had to "figure it what to do" after the three hours of being here, for another hour. Ended up leaving with the same medication i have at home for a different illness and "nothing is wrong". Only been here three times and on every occation, service gets worse. Three strikes and we're out. We'll never return to this hospital
