I am less than a year into my treatment plan here and my experiences have been very hit or miss depending on who sees me during my visit. I have found the front desk to always be friendly, helpful, and professional. However, my experience in the chair is another matter. Only once did an employee here bother to explain to me what they were doing while their hands were in my mouth. Every other time I've had to wait until I can speak to find out what they're doing. Most often I glean information from what's being said about me, and very little is actually said to me. More than once I've had to stop them and type what I need I say into my phone to make sure that what's being done is correct. (My very first visit they almost put the wrong kind of brackets on my teeth.) Unfortunately, this includes Dr. Wilson. I understand that this is a busy place and that things fall behind schedule due to circumstances out of their control at times. I should still be acknowledged as a person and if I am on time but am not seen on time, a simple apology would go a long way. I don't know if it's assumed that because I'm an adult that they don't need to explain anything, but I'm a paying customer with a vested interest in what's happening. Too often it feels as though I'm inconveniencing the staff by asking questions when they're clearly ready to move on to the next appointment. In general I would say that "bedside manner" could use some work here. Try to remember that while you do this all day long, whoever is sitting in that chair doesn't have the knowledge base that you do, they can't see what you're doing, and they're most likely uncomfortable and can tell that you're in a hurry.

Dr Wilson is the best! My teeth are straight and aligned. When I first started my treatment, my teeth were pretty messed up, and within a few days my teeth were noticeably straighter. He and his assistants are so kind and careful, I couldn't imagine better treatment. Thanks Dr. Wilson!!😃

Dr. Wilson is the reason I have lost many of my teeth and paid out thousands of dollars for surgery's and dental problems. I went in with periodontal disease in remission and after 4 years of braces my situation was not monitored and the periodontal disease came back with a vengeance. I have now lost many teeth and do not have enough bone left to even have dental implants. I ask the obvious question what did it matter if my teeth were straight if I have no teeth left.??? Did Dr. Wilson feel any remorse? I would never recommend him as a competent dentist.

Dr.Wilson is absolutely amazing. He did not only help my smile but was also able to do all of it around my hectic schedule. From having to baby-sit my sibling all the time, to school, and after school clubs he seemed to always have time to make an appointments for me. Customer service is great, and extremely welcoming. The dental assistants play a big role at Wilson Orthodontics, even though Dr.Wilson has up to 4 patients that he has to check up on while you're there, the assistants stay by your side and you get to build a personal connection with them. I had my braces on for 21 months and I was satisfied with my results, but after 3 months I felt like there still needed to be a little improving with one specific tooth and when I told Dr.Wilson he was able to fix my problem immediately. I couldn't be any happier, my experience has been amazing, I have referred many friends and family to him, keep up the good work!

My children have been going to Dr. Wilson for over two years now. We were referred by another parent whos children had gotten braces there. My children all like Dr. Wilson and his assistants. Tatiana does a great job to schedule follow up appointments around school. She always tells me what office it is at on my card and when they leave a reminder message the day before the appt. We always get in a few minutes after we arrive for our appt. Everyone there is always prompt, courteous, and professional.
