I wanna start by saying that I am originally from the Redding area. But moved a couple years ago and had to return. We made or reservations online and went to pick up our key so we had it when we returned to the room that night. When I walked into the room the bed was totally stripped of all bedding and tossed around the room. It looked like housekeeping had forgotten our room. But that wasn’t the case. They had replaced all the beds on our floor that day. They were so nice and quickly gave us a room that was ready for us to go right to sleep. I knew win river had great customer service. This just sealed it for me. I know where I’m staying from now on.

We went for dinner, the sever and Hostess were Great, the meal was somewhat disappointing. My husband had the special which was steak and lobster... The steak was smaller than my hamburger and the baked potato was cold as were the green beans... My husband is Native and a Vietnam Veteran, he doesn't complain, it's not His way. I just wanted you to know the meal could of been better.

Nice Campground for $26 a night hear the frogs cokin in the evening. There is a train close but not objectionable great walking path down by the river. As far as the casino I think it's a little tight but decent food

I stayed here last night, and was very disappointed. Upon check in there was another couple that was having an issue with their reservation. The gentleman checking us in said he was putting us in a quiet part of hotel that happened to be right across from the train tracks and in front of the main parking lot. We went to elements for dinner and had soup and half a sandwich and a club sandwich and side salad. It took 30 minutes to recieve our meal and our waitress was not friendly. The table next to us had issues with their steak sent it back and still got it back wrong. We came back to elements about an hour later to try and get a drink from bar only to be ignored and the person after us to be served. We also noticed the table we had sat at for dinner still had all our dirty dishes on it. Our mini vacation did not turn out to be the fun relaxing night we had planned. Instead it was a bit frustrating.

Always have a wonderful visit here. Good food 
and drinks. Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly employees. I just want to recognize the professionalism for the Bartender on duty Tue. 26th between 3pm and when I left around 4pm. She handled a very difficult customer who asked many personal questions about her ethnicity with grace and professionalism.
