Responded in a reasonable time, followed through with everything they said they'd do, and were very polite. A couple things I wish were a little more routine but my circumstances were a little odd as I was dealing with work and scheduling- but they fit to my needs fairly seamlessly and seemed to genuinely have my best interest in mind. Looking forward to renting with them, and I'll post another review as time goes on. They absolutely do understand the military by the way, which was one of my worries.

Horrible experience moving out! Moving was great because they wanted our money. Took them a week to get a disposal fixed and our toilets. When we moved out they never told us when people were coming to see the house so I was completely unaware and lied to us on multiple occasions for walk throughs and when we're suppose to move out. Over all as a military spouse please do not use Windermere use anyone else please!!! You will be much happier then us! Jen and Jason are very rude people there as well. Very unfriendly

Our experience was horrible it took them 6 months to fix our electrical, the agent never gave us all the information we needed to move in, move out, report problems, until it we where penalized for not taking all the steps they wanted. When I told them I was available for roofers to come between two certain weeks and not the next week she scheduled them the week I wasn't available nor did she wait for any one to open the door she let her self in with out knocking while I was home! Every time I either try to call or go to the office no one is there and no one responds to their voice-mail. So when we left a message about moving out at the end of our lease she did not respond, when we contacted her again and actually got through she told us we owed an extra month of rent because we didn't give her notice in time in writing, If she would have answered her voice mail she could have told us that before we owed more money. I will never ever rent or buy a house through them again.

Although the listing shows the correct address, the map shows the wrong location. It shows it on E. Whidbey Ave instead of 32785 State Route 20, Oak Harbor WA (at Koetje St.), several blocks away. I just added a map for Windermere Property Management (32785 WA-20), part of Windermere Real Estate, which shows it at the right location. Another listing for Windermere Property Management (an unverified listing) shows the wrong address on the listing.
