Reviews

Great folks to rent from. Very straightforward and never unwelcome surprise clauses cropping up. They are very concerned about the tenants experience with their units and are right there to fix things when they are in need of repair. More often than not they find problems I'd never think to ask to have repaired. They tour the units yearly to look for property problems and the times I've needed something looked after they've been right there to fix it. After 3 years with them, I can't recall any negative experiences. I hope to stay with them for a long time.
