Took my Wrangler in for service a few times here, it was a pleasant experience every time. I highly recommend Lisa in the service department, she's honest and she will do her best to help you. I've never been to a more welcoming dealership, everyone there is a winner.

The lady wasn't pushy and answered my questions. Took the time to figure out a budget and make suggestions. I didn't end up buying there because price, but she was real nice

They did a repair on my door quickly and at a fair price. They were very courteous. It was an overall excellent experience.

Brutal service in the automotive shop. We took our van in for routine tire rotation and oil change at 9:15 am on a Monday morning. We were told it would take an hour and a half so we scheduled plans for the afternoon. We ended up having to cancel our plans as three and a half hours later they were still not finished. No apology or explanation for the delay. Very disappointed with the poor customer service and definitely will be going elsewhere for service in the future.
