Horrible. I bought 2 dresses on 9/4 and exchanged one for the a different dress on 9/5. On 9/8 i decide to return the dress. they start the process and the checker tells me that it will go back on store credit....I paid with my discover card, and the return policy is 14 days. So I explain the to her and I told her I would wait for the management  to get in to deal with it. so i asked for my receipt and my item back. Instead she processes the store credit and puts the dress back. So at this point I'm irritated and there is a long line. she she suggest I bring the credit back to cash it in. Horrible customer service and  bad problem solving skills.

Asked if they could hold a dress for me, they said they won't hold any but the lady right behind me walked up, pointed to a dress behind the counter and said "oh that's the dress you're holding for us. We're ready to buy it" right. In. Front. Of. Us. They lied to my face.
