It's free, and the exhibits were interesting. It's mostly about how the local area came into existence as we know it now. They have some permanent exhibits and some that change occasionally. Definitely worth it if you like to visit something other than the large, "mainstream" museums. It's a good spot to warm up on cooler days, too.

A huge part of Canadian and American history happened here. Fascinating little museum you should check out if that sort of thing intrigues you.

Once you see the looks on your kids faces and hear their questions on the way home, you quickly realize that museums are as irreplaceable today as they were pre-internet.
