A beautiful and clean facility. It's a small station so there's not much beyond vending machine food, which is probably why someone called it 'over priced'. Overall, a lovely train ride and train station.

Poor transit access and few amenities. It does the job though. Given that it was built just a few years ago, it's a missed opportunity for good architecture and design- it's an underwhelming experience. It is clean.

Horrible! ! Who ever was working on car 4 from London to Windsor arriving at 16:30 must have had their friends to take care of on that run because whoever was working for via on that run decided that an 80 year old woman and her granddaughter should move from their assigned seats and their luggage already on car 4 was left on car 4. In case they just did not have the common sense or decency to move the people who were in HER paid for seat. No they made the 80 year old move and at the end of the run have to go through all the people getting off and get her luggage back on her assigned car!! Unbelievable! I plan on writing a new review about her experience until he'll freezes over!! Facebook. Twitter. You will be shamed for the pics poor service from London to Windsor!!!!! I wish I did not have to give any stars but it will not let me post without using 1 star!

over priced food and drinks. constant delays. but still much better than flying air canada.
