Now that the renovations are nearly complete, the parking is fully restored on the south lot and the new station building is roomy and spacious. The new station could do with better heating and cooling systems and there's a significant lack of benches/seating available. If you're coming any time past 7am, make sure to park in the north lot with the parking garage.

This is a very accessible location by bus , and lot of parking spots available. The staff are present on site mostly all the Time and are very polite and friendly . Gets busy during morning hours , but settles down by evening . Close to the Walmart in Burlington. Serves as a good landmark . Plus paradigm apartments in construction at the moment close by.

The new building is beautiful, but so very cold. It's like they just shut off the heating whenever they want. It's as bad as waiting on the platform.

Parking lots are under construction so the already limited spaces are impossible to get in and out of with the way the drop off is currently running. The P2 area has more parking and the parking structure but they moved the ticket sales to the OTHER side away from where everyone parks. The ticketing machine I was able to get to was horribly unresponsive and after finally navigating through it's options would only accept cash. Once in the tunnel there is little help with way finding to the proper tracks and no screens displaying what tracks trains are coming to. Usually the union bound is on track 3. Today it was on track 2. Overall horrible experience each and every time I use this station. $22.50 to get jerked around? Thanks GO Transit

-- Confusing layout, long windy path to reach the platform to catch a train, very inefficient compared to Clarkson, etc. + New (finally! After 5+ years) Big elevator in the south station, twice the size of the Union station elevator (to track 8/9)! + The fancy station (wrapped by glass doors and wooden ceiling) is very modern looking. -- the station interior got plenty of space... very few rows of chairs for passenger in waiting... -- There should be more amenities inside the station, such as retail and a small food court, coin storage lockers like in gyms and MOST other train stations in the world! There's not enough marketing efforts to generate revenue to help keep facility maintenance cost, only raise taxes or ticket price is not a creative solution! -- Trains and connecting buses are still infrequent. No air conditiong in the north side waiting room. Will the north side get renovated as well? Another 5 years? The city is being rapidly developed with new housing and retail stores including brand name flagship stores, but public transit infrastructure is still not being planned ahead to get ready for the next decades! + Clean well lit garage building but --- only 3rd floor is connected to the indoor bridge to track 2 and 3! -- if you use the tunnel to catch a train, it's like mini-marathon! Clarkson, Oakville, Long Branch, and many other stations have tunnels and platforms that are only 1 flight distance...
