Haven't receive service yet. And I can see that they already off to a bad start. Everytime I called "customer service" it's been the repeat after me skit . Giving them one month and back to spectrum I go...incompetent at best

This is the worst internet/phone company ever. They told me that my bill would only be 50 plus tax. Yet here I am paying 95.00 a month with all of their hidden fees. For that much I can go back to Time Warner and get cable added. The Late fees are about 27.00 a month this is outrageous. And customer support is even worse. Very nasty and will not try to work with you or even tell you where all of these fees are coming from. Very unsatisfied. Will be switching companies very soon. Do not use this company you will be very unsatisfied.

If I could give this review 0 stars or even negative. I cannot stand this internet or phone service. Have been a customer for 5 years and has had to change the router for the internet approximately 7-8 times and have to change the stupid thing again! I'm ridiculously fed up with it. Sadly I am not able to get a better internet provider because this is the only company that can provided. Do not under any circumstances get this company!!
