As far as the service, it was pretty good. As far as the rooms, they were pretty average. As far as the location well if you're looking for something close to the airport it's great. But if you're looking for neighborhood, it has a little bit to be desired. I felt safe within the hotel itself, but I don't think I would feel safe if I was out walking around after dark. With that being said the stay was pleasant the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful

Amazing reception staff! I left my phone in a taxi from LAX, but the reception staff were able to locate the taxi company number and assist me in getting the phone back. Hotel was safe, clean and quiet. Not a place you would stay if you want to be in LA for a long period of time, but if you want a good place to stay before or after a fight, this is ideal.

I loved it was a nice place to go to only problem was finding it was a little hard but after it was found we enjoyed our stay lots of good time was spent here for me and my wife's vacation

Friendly staff. Awesome Shuttle Service. Cool Comfortable rooms. Stayed there three times and all experiences were Great.

The rooms are great but the holloway looks a bit old. In addition, they charge a $15 parking fee per day! Be aware since this will increase the costs. Breakfast is decent but nothing than that.
