This original review has an update below: 26 year customer. Until recently I've been happy with their service. Three out of the last 4 times at the drive up tellers in Apple valley they have failed to deposit one of the checks. My fault was not creating a deposit slip. However, I've never had to in the past. When I drove back through and asked for them to re-total, they have corrected it but only once apologized. If I screw up and overdraft, I get charged. If they screw up a few hundred dollars of checks then I might get an apology. Very sad to say I will need to end my relationship with them. *Update* Wanted to update my review. After the original Google review, they called me and asked me more about the issue. While they didn't provide any specific things they would fix, the last two months I've been to the drive thru tellers, they have been very accurate. I decided to stay with them for a while. Katie who works there has been doing most of our deposits and is friendly, professional, and most imporantly accurate.

they treat nice when you open an account.. after a while they start giving you a hard time.. especially if you authorize your credit card to take payments from your checking account.. so im done with them ohh also customer service over the Phone .. very rude and careless.. seek another credit union.. they are plenty of them..

I used to be a huge supporter and promoter of Wings. I transferred my own account, my wife's account (after a tremendous amount of convincing) and our kids' savings accounts to Wings because I believe in credit unions and the personal touch that Wings had. Yes HAD, not has.  I stopped in to deposit a check recently, a rare occurrence but I enjoyed the personal interactions I had at the Eagan branch so off I went. To my horror I was waiting in line to speak with one of the 4 loud ATM like video teller machines while their counter had a big canvas drape covering it. Cyberdyne has now become aware, citizens. I saw older customers clearly frustrated with how to interact with Wings Cyberdyne to insert cash and checks for their transactions. Other customers were trying to keep their interactions quiet and private but were thwarted by the video teller loudly telling everyone in the lobby everything that customer wanted to do but was failing to assimilate doing per the machine's instructions. Other customers asked if this monstrosity was temporary (it's not) and I saw other customers simply walk out. A human concierge, resembling a simian with a cup attached to 4 organ grinders, told me I was next to put all of my personal banking business loudly on display for the entertainment of other customers waiting behind me. It felt like going on a date expecting the woman to show up at the restaurant to eat dinner with me but I was seated across from her iPhone instead - because she was too busy to meet me in person and this was more convenient for HER. What are the chances we'd have a second date? Hahahahahaha not a chance.  It would have been brilliant if Wings Cyberdyne installed these video tellers at gas stations or outside on their ATMs or at other public event spaces where people would prefer a live human on a video screen vs a machine. State fair? Yes! Vikings/Twins/etc stadiums? Yes! Renaissance Festival? Yes! But replacing live people inside their own branches with these video tellers? A public relations disaster exhibit 1A of forgetting who you are. Hey, Wings Cyberdyne head honchos, one of the main big reasons your customers choose a credit union over a bank is the personal touch they prefer at a CU. And no, even if you popped a video monitor on top of a mannequin body it is still not a real live person. You've succeeded in driving me away from visiting your branches and from the reviews I've seen elsewhere, many others are feeling the same way as I do. When your own employees' wages are a greater liability than your customers' preferences to have that live human interaction for specific transactions, you are looking and acting like a bank. I'd expect this idiotic move from TCF or Wells Fargo who prefer profit over people, but Wings? It's time to move our accounts to a better credit union. Fire the person or committee who convinced you this was a great idea. A cyanide pill may also solve some immediate issues too but it's a terrible long term strategy - just like replacing live tellers at your branches with video machines.  The future is unwritten, bring back your human tellers or lose your customers to other credit unions. It's harder to win customers back than it is to keep them.

I've never been this satisfied with any other financial institution as I am with Wings keep up the good work and great customer service!

Best bank I've ever worked with. They are good to their members, friendly staffed, and have great process in comparison to other banks. Loans are at lower interest rates than others can get and they're super helpful. Many services are not at additional charges and they don't ping you for fees in every direction like other banks. So thankful for Wings!
