I was asked if I would like to refinance, and I emphatically replied “no! No! NO!!!. The “customer service" person put me down as a“yes" anyway. Had my payment put into their “funds in suspense" corral, and was of course assessed a late fee. They then placed the fee into the “corporate advance balance" corral, which must be paid (according to them) before any additional money can be applied to the principle. They clearly want to fee and penalize the hell out of their unfortunate customers. And this is only one example of many! Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Our initial contact was good. The loan officer was helpful and informative. After we signed the commitment, everything went down hill. 
Suggested improvements for the company: communication both employee to customer and employee to employee, promptness in response, customer service and problem resolution. I cannot wait to refinance with another company!

Greedy scam artists.  We tried for months to get onto a bi-weekly payment plan, and they lost our paperwork half a dozen times.  They're not incentivized to help you - they make money by losing your paperwork since you pay less money.  Same issue when I needed to pay for a roof - they would not sign off on the insurance payment until they got an inspection, and they lost the paperwork on this multiple times - including a check we needed to get re-issued and the adjustor estimate that they couldn't find for weeks.  If I had more energy left after dealing with them, I'd start a case with the BBB.

These guys suck.  Problems ever since they took over the loan.  All too long to post and rather pointless.  Good luck to those who have their mortgages held by this 'company'.

If you think having a loan with this company is bad, try working for them! An utter nightmare! I have never been this unhappy in my life, and the day I walked was like winning the lottery!
