I would give them four stars, but the service is kind of slow, mostly due to the fact, it seems, that they never have enough staff. But, the staff that's there is normally friendly, and I love how they prepare the wings. The food is typically hot, and they always get the order right. However, they really need to work on the speed of service, though.

You absolutely cannot go wrong with the lemon peper wings. I can eat these things all day every day. 
Service was good and while i didnt like the 20 minute wait for good it was well worth it.

Where do I start? I drive to north Miami often for work and I always stop by for some food I am a regular they know me by name! My first time there I was so indecisive and the manager saw the cashier having a bit of a hard time getting what I need it although she was extremely polite he came and allowed me to taste the sauce until I found which one I like best. Very patient and caring crew always a smile in their face when I walk in. I love this place! I come all the way from fort Lauderdale to dade and I would not stop anywhere else for food beside this location! Their Food is always great and the manager Greg always so pleasant and welcoming the little wait it take for the food is well worth it at the end because it comes out so fresh and yummy ! You will not regret eating there.

I'm reading some of these Google Negative Reviews regarding this particular Wing stop and its seems like there are 2 different Wingstops at this location.  I have never had an issue with this Wing stop since it opened 4 years ago on November 14, 2013 in North Miami Beach. The Customer Service has always been stellar, The Manager is always helpful goes and beyond and is always professional. The Cashiers are very helpful and polite, especially the Cashier who wears glasses named Kecia. I'm always greeted when I walk through the door. I have never had any problems with my online orders not being ready when I arrive for pick-up. The chicken is always cooked perfectly exactly how I like it. The prices are inexpensive. I can't understand how people get upset about the wait time when they know the chicken is cooked to order.  If you want chicken that's been sitting under a light go to KFC or Churches chicken.  From what I've seen personally, The staff at this Wing stop are professional and patient especially when dealing with rude, aggressive and unreasonable customers. Working in this type of environment is not easy when dealing with the Public. I work in Customer Service and its not an easy job. So the next time someone writes a negative review put yourself in those employees shoes and see if you can survive one day before you complain.
