I over love this location... The staff is amazing. It does get crowded but it's worth the wait... And they always give you better options when you're ordering.. That's my favorite IHop

Great food,  good staff, plenty of parking,  wheel chair accessible,  and very good prices.  Accommodates the family in every way.  This one I visit when I'm alone,  because family and friends choose different ones. They forget about this although it's close to a mall they all visit.

I had fun at IHOP it was a great place to eat and be with family. The Manager and our waitress was great.  Sunday was pack,  but expect it because of great service.

Been here a Few times, it's a Smaller IHOP so things to me Get Done Quickly and Correctly (Shout Out to the Staff!) They keep the Ac Bumping tho (Old F&B Trick to Flip Tables) but No Worries this is the Only IHOP I've Seen with an Outdoor Sitting area which is Pretty Cool. Anyways yall know IHOP, Great Food (Breakfast Lunch  Dinner) at Ok Prices.

The environment was very hostile and  uncomfortable. my waiter was not very professional, I felt like he just got out of prison and was on a work release program or something. the way he was talking and his mannerisms we're very aggressive. he was very rude and the whole time he was bumbling around the manager was watching him and did nothing to stop the tomfoolery. the food took forever the waiter was lost half of the time I think he was high but at least the food was okay and I will not be returning to this establishment
