Ordered a total of 6 8pc combo with fries. 2 of them being to go orders. We were told the order would take 30-45 minutes. It took an hour to get our food. The wings and fries tasted good but was not very hot or even warm. As long as it took the food should have been freshly hot from the fryers which it was not. This place used to have orders out in less than 30 minutes. Seems like the orders always take longer than told when ordering with both dine-in and take out orders these days. If your looking for a quick bite don't come here because the orders always take a good while.
Love this place. Food is always prepared fresh and it's always the same consistency. Update: Had not been here in some time. I ordered food thru app. Food took 50 minutes to be ready. Ok they were busy so I sat in lobby and waited for food to be ready. Got food ate it in restaurant and can say my food was not great and was cold. Breading on boneless wings was hard and was difficult to eat. Not sure what happened but not a fan anymore. Likely won't be back.
Screw this place! I place an order online and see a 55 minute wait and think, that can't be right but go ahead anyway with the order. I check in the restaurant a few times over the hour and they keep telling me it will be on time, until the time comes and goes. They had a 2000 wing order and decided to not get extra help and make that order early. I eventually cancelled my very small order because I was supposed to be working and kept waiting thinking it will be ready on time...it will be ready soon...they hadn't even started making at the point they told me 5 more minutes. Guess they just care about money so that 2000 wing order is all that matters. I'm sure the food is good, just don't expect them to care about you as a customer. There's always a bigger better paying one around the corner!
Hadn't had wings in a bit and was about to order when I saw how much you jacked up the prices. $16 for 8 wings? Yall need to chill out. $2 a wing? You realize how crazy that is? And no, the wings n fries hardly make up any of that cost.
Do not order unless you are ready to wait 1.5 hours for the food and eat cold fries, and semi warm wings. I get they are busy, but this is ridiculous. I placed an order via delivery at 6:30 p.m. Didn't get food until 8:30 p.m. The driver waited a long time for the order to be ready. I will not be ordering from here again.
Every time I order they either miss something in my order, or they mess up my order. I don’t spend $20 dollars here I usually spend $70 and up. It’s not fair . Girls are rude and unprofessional. We are spending money on food for them to be getting upset smh. Horrible service never again!!!
Picked up lunch for work celebrating for coworkers birthday was not please with the long wait and did not receive all of my order. My other coworker went back and got the rest of the order. Food is great but not worth the wait.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE . The food is good yes but the wait is sooo long . The fries are always overly salty and soggy . The wait is not worth the food . This place needs new management 100% bout to go apply and be a manager over there because this business is going to shi.
I ordered our dinner at 4:30pm. It’s 7:00 and I can’t get through to the store. $90.00 order and 2.5/3 hours later? Will never order Again. Foods not that great.
