I ordered a famous bowl There was no gravy at all I just throw it away cuz it was dry.. my husband got the mini chicken bites they were dry no Buffalo sauce..

Honestly I don't think the original crust chicken was even done and the whole group of us felt the mashed potatoes had a weird flavor. It's time for the grown-ups to manage the kids who seem to be doing all the cooking these days. If you've every heard this you know what I mean..."what can I get you, Boss?"

The food tasted old, the wait was longer than other customers and the overall customer service was disappointing. Asked for kfc sauce and received 0. But received honey mustard and ranch which neither i mentioned. Earlier in the month i had went to this location on a hungry night and the gentleman taking my order was very rude and not willing to listen to my order, insisted on driving away because why would I distribute my money to a company that don’t care for how their employees treat their customers. Root beer was good.

ZERO STARS Their manager is handling food with no gloves, is on the phone, there are workers with toothpicks on their mouth, and on the phone handling food that’s unsanitary. Also I waited over 8 min no service and there was no other customers other than me there. This place has been going downhill for a while

I waited an extreme amount of time before my presence was acknowledged, i was the only in store client. The staff was focused on the drive through clients. The cost for chicken dinner is way to much

We went through the drive thru and they made us park for 10+ min, for a famous bowl and 3 pc. The car that ordered after us was served before us smh!

Usually service here is great last few times i arrived there they seem to be in a hurry and not care about quality,  I have received for the 2nd time raw and not fully cooked biscuits and cinnabon biscuits aswell will not return for raw food time after time

Only have on churches in town so KFC is our next go to option. I like their famous bowl.  Vegetarian options: Their coleslaw is very good.  Kid-friendliness: Kids love their tenders and the potato.  Parking: It&#39;s in a plaza so parking is accessible.  Wheelchair accessibility: Fast and tasty meals for our seniors. Aswell for people with disabilities fairly accessible.

Basic bowl of chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and corn. Hot and tasty lunch.Food: 4/5

Today 5:40 pm my review went from 5 to 1.  1.  After I asked for a receipt, she told me they are out of paper  2.  During my entire ordering process the employee yawned.  3.  She then told me that they had not prepared any crispy chicken breasts, and it would take about 11 min.  4.  She then went on to clown around with the "window" employee.  5.  I noticed after trying to get my drink that they were out of Dr. Pepper and another drink and she told me : "Yeap, we are out". Never mind the dirty state of the drink station and the completely filled up waste baskets  6.  After I tried to find a lid for my cup and told her that there are no lids....her comment: "OK" ... there was no effort to fill up the lids...  7.  After arriving home with my meal, I noticed that there was no cole slaw included, even though I specifically asked her during the ordering process.  Ok ... I just hope that this process does not become the new norm and standard for employees and restaurants.  Very, very disappointing.  Parking: Commercial  Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent
