An impromptu family dinner with the in-laws meant eating at Wingstop. I placed an online order which is always smooth and when I arrived to pick it up, it was clear that this location was getting business. A busy Monday night, but the staff didn’t let that affect service with a smile. I was greeted by everyone in sight. Crystal made the entire experience even better. Great customer service, attentive and food was made delicious and just as ordered. They didn’t miss a beat and seemed to work very well together. We will be back.

Hot Wings? More like Cold Wings. Ordered delivery missing a wing and they weren't even warm much less hot. It took over an hour. I wouldn't recommend delivery.

I love wingstop, eat there often. But all too often at this location, the wings are dry and the fries have no seasoning. Also take the online order time and expect it to take at least twice that long. Wingstop you can save your copy and paste BS response, I've already read it on several other reviews.

I placed an order online and got home and order half filled. Waited on hold for over 30 minutes no answer. Went back no one in store and no one answering call. I asked why no one is answering the phone crickets. The manager said sorry but it made me even more upset. Remade order with all lemon pepper but i originally order garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. I'm over this location I'll drive 20 minutes for good service and food. At the end the manager did try to make it right and apologize again and offered me a dessert.

Do NOT recommend ever going there.  Placed an order on the Wingstop website for carryout.  Received confirmation would be 28-33 mins. Son went up there.  Order wasn't ready. He waited an HOUR. He went to the counter. They had no record of our order. He showed them the order and confirmation code. They said they never received it. During this time, the staff was in the kitchen goofing off. They finally made the order and it was ONLY almost 2 hours after it was placed.

Soooooo disappointed in the chicken sandwich. Order 4 chicken sandwiches. It was dry & not saucy as pictured. Sauce seemed like an afterthought, as well as the pickles. The whole sandwich just seemed to have been thrown together. I never got a confirmation email & the estimated time of delivery kept getting pushed back. Beyond disappointed for the amount of money spent & the time that we waited.

7minutes to order and 42 minutes to get your food. That too long for anybody on a lunch break. Its quicker go sit at a restaurant then to come here. And the employees working like they are doing you a favor.

I’m sitting in this location as I write this. I waited 10 minutes before cashier asked if I was there for pickup or dine. I was right on time for my order. They said they hadn’t even started it yet and that it would be 10 minutes. Here I am 25 minutes later and they still haven’t started on my order. And the staff have attitudes. One guy said “I don’t want to be here today”. Well it shows on how lethargic he is, wandering around scratching his head and scratching in his back pocket.

Absolute trash customer service. I got here when it said my order would be ready, I've been waiting for 45mins and they just told me my order hasn't been started yet, it's "in line".  The new online orders come out of this receipt machine, I've had enough time to figure out how this works. I literally watched the employee pull off a string of 10+ orders, folded the stack, and randomly she tore them off and stuck them up on the line. Those orders printed IN ORDER. SHE JUST RANDOMIZED THE ORDERS. No wonder there's people who have been here waiting as long as me, yet some others come in and get the food immediately.  0/5 stars, I'll go to Buffalo Wild Wings from now on

This location has been going down on quality and service. Be ready to wait over an hour for your food. My advise drive a couple of miles east or west to other locations.Food: 3/5
