Entered on a fairly slow day approximately 6 tables seated around 6:00. Two ladies behind the bar engaging in conversation between themselves never noticed or chose to ignore me standing for 10 minutes at the hostess stand not 20 feet from them. Eventually a courteous young lady sat me after taking food to a table and said my server would be right with me. At 6:28 I walked out noticing the entire 28 minutes I was there server's enjoying conversation between themselves. I frequent this location because I enjoy their wings but today might have been a show stopper for me.

My experience at hooters is normally average at best.  Today was different Anaiya greeted  me and sat me and my party at the bar.  This was the best service I have received at any hooters. Take good care of her she is great.  My food was even delicious.

I worked here for about 6 years. I hopped around from one to another the last 2 years and got to experience working at several hooters. I was picked to go to the Dallas cowboy games to serve wings and beer before and after the game. Hooters is what Hooters has always been from the beginning a restaurant with girls who are supposed to look like the girl next door, serving your food and beer having conversation with you if you want to, and just being friendly along with the outfits. Come on hooters is just legendary, who doesn’t love a good hooters wings!!

Even though I was here late in the evening I had a good time. The food was good. The servers were super friendly and pretty. I can't wait to go back.Food: 5/5

We came in around 1ish and are just now leaving at 3. We ordered our food and it took 45 minutes roughly to get it and it was cold and two of the orders were messed up. We never got refills until the end and ended up having to cancel a remake cause it was taking way to long and we had an appointment to get too:. It was seriously over priced for stale cold food. I really had higher expectations, definitely ruined our experience with hooters.

Absolutely the worst hooters in the USA, service is terrible, food was cold when it finally came out. Short staffed, unprepared, I guess no one wants to work here cause it's a horrible place. Folks, don't waste you time here, twin peaks or another hooters is way better.

Worst meal! Tried the fish an chips. So greassy we could not eat them. Fries were cold. Talked to the manager. She said it was the Cod. She took our plates and never came back. Manager NEEDS to be RETRAINED!!!! Never brought our ticket and never saw the server. Left a 20 on the table for the fried pickels that were good. They had 2 servers and hardly anyone in the restaurant. That should have been a clue! Got there at 12:45 and left at 1:30.

Horrible experience waitress was not very nice, she never bought our appetizer out, didn’t bring our drinks until the food came, tried to charge us for the appetizer we never got, refused to get the manager when she charged us for the appetizer waited even longer for her to fix it She was gossiping with her coworkers when I left never even got an apology. He name started with a G or J The food was decent.

The app was messing up so I couldn't place my order for pickup bc it kept charging my card and declining it. Went to the restaurant and placed the order and waited almost an hour even though no one else was in line for a to go order. Then once I got home the chicken was not good. I felt like it was rushed and undercooked. Very disappointing,  will probably just stick to Wingstop for now on....

For the most part great! I love their food the only thing is the server didn’t check on us very often but no big deal was still a good experience.
