Seriously everytime I have came to this location it has always been something. They either have given my order to some else or my food is never out by the time it's supposed to be done or food being cold  not to mention the rudeness off all the employees and cooks. They're attitude are just so disgusting. In all honesty don't waist your time at this location. Today I ordered from them, I had been told the wait time for my food would be 16-21 minutes so i got the the location after the time maybe 2 to 3 minutes after the time. When i got there my food wasn't even ready. I had asked the cashier how long my food would take and they said "i don't know" with an attitude the cook had an attitude as well. So i sat outside and waited for about an hour for my food to be done. Seriously don't wait your time coming here.

I would give this place a 0 out of give if I could. When I went there yesterday to place my order I had to wait 45 minutes while they were talking and laughing with a lobby full of customers waiting to have their order taken. Renee was very very rude and unprofessional.  So I asked for somebody else to take my order and the girl told me her name was Allison.  To my surprise she was just as rude as Renee and she even coughed in my face and was scratching all kinds of body parts and touching cups and food. And I thought I would dine in to get out of the house and I find that dead roach in my food and one on the wall as well. I will never come back here.

I tried the new chicken sandwich, placed my order online. My food was ready as promised just as I had asked, the atmosphere seemed happy, customer service Excellent. Good job.  Parking: Parking directly in front of the restaurant might be a challenge, but there are plenty of spaces in the lot.

I got food poisoning Friday I brought wings, early Saturday morning throwing up bad. I always get my wings cooked well done. When I got home they were not cooked well.Food: 1/5

So, I LOVE hot wings. I've tried many different wing places, but I don't think that I've been anywhere that has the same quality as this wingstop. Every time I've come in, I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile, no matter how busy. It's rare to find a restaurant where EVERYONE has A+ customer service. Chelby and TJ are the two people I usually see up front, and they're always absolutely fantastic. Quick to help, I wouldve LOVED to have had employees like them when I managed restaurants. Rena is also another fantastic employee here. At other restaurants I've worked/been, you can always tell when employees don't like eachother. At this location, I don't see any discomfort, it really seems like family. Ray and Jerezy are quick to provide quality wings in the best flavors. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Handcut fries are always fresh and delicious, wings are always fresh and juicy, and the staff is always great at communicating wait times for wings, as well as if there are any delays after ordering. Any DM would be proud to have this store in their District!

Food was good, service was ok, but the dine in experience was short lived do the fact that all the tables had not been cleaned since the last customer. It was really bad. So I took my order to go.Food: 5/5

Temple Wingstop has an amazingly awesome and friendly crew. I have always been greeted with smiling faces. The food was great and as always delicious. The store looks brighter and better since the remodel.

Very nice place and in a good location within Market Place. First time here ordering the garlic parmesan boneless wings with fries. Not crowded at the time. Was explained to me of all they had on menu. A bonus to me was when they let me try the sauces for me to choose from. Very nice and friendly staff. Very nice and clean atmosphere. Thanks guys, I will be back again. Wait time less than 6 minutes. Fantastic

You would think when you spend $70 on food, they would pack everything a little more carefully instead of giving you a wet, ripped back with food dripping out of it

I ordered two 20 piece meals and I only ended up getting one and when I tried to call back nobody answered and so right now I feel like they stole $15.99 for me plus taxes. I have pictures of what I got. I called at noon the next day all they offered me was to give me what I was missing I ask for my money back and they said they would have to call me back because manager thinks she can't do it because it happened at 11:46 pm day before. Didn't offer nothing extra due to the fact I couldn't feed all my family last night because I only got half my order. Very disappointed and this isn't the first time this has happened to me I don't understand how u can't read a paper telling you what goes in a bag. I'm sorry they will not get my business again.
