Most suck now but this one is the best. First customer service is always great no matter what age group they have they pick polite professional staff. PIZZA is almost always fresh and made well. Perfect balance not to much sauce not to much cheese
The food from here if you're not careful they will burn your pizza, jip you on the cheese or mess up the flavoring of the wings. You have to be very specific on what you want because they will screw it up. Atmosphere is just a walk in and walk out place so you have one chance to look at your food before you walk out so please make sure you check your order before you leave this establishment because they do not believe in replacing orders that left their store without being quality checked by the customer.
Tonight the three gentlemen that was there gave me the best customer service. One of my pizzas was a little burnt and they remade it with no problem. They were very kind and understanding!
9/12/22 7:40 pm. Management should be ashamed of theirselves and their employees. I walked in and 9 other people were waiting. They had no hot and readys. The employees were literally walking out from the back to look at all the people waiting in line and walking back and laughing. One of the female employees was yelling and cussing acting mad that customers were still walking in to order food. That same employee was literally throwing pizzas onto the sliding oven. Only one of the 4 employees I saw actually tried to assist the customers. He said he didn’t know how to work the register. I walked out without even ordering after waiting 10 minutes and another customer asked to be refunded after waiting 30 mins on her food. This place is a joke and I will NEVER walk foot into this place again until I know management has addressed and solved the issues. Never in my life have I seen a business so poorly ran.
After all these years this is the first time I have ever been inside a Little Cesar's pizza place. Have always ordered by phone and delivered in a timely manner. This place was busy but my was ready for me in 10 minutes. Staff very friendly and place was clean. The only fault was a very small waiting area along with being very warm inside. I will go back
People will always come online if they're upset and not happy. Personally, I paid $6 for a pizza and I got a $6 pizza. It was definitely good for the price and being able to order on the app then be told when it's ready is great. No hassle, just go to the machine and get it out. The guy at the counter was nice too!
Thank you Christian for fixing everyone else problem tonight and for the other 3 workers 2 guys & 1 girl that wasn’t working do better it’s part of the job you sign up for. Management has to do better at this location. A random African American guy was just walking to the back of the kitchen like nothing very unsafe knowing there’s food in the back he went pass the counter several times. My pizza was undercooked no hair net very disappointed 09/15/21
I order pizza without cheese. It always look like it was rushed. All the toppings are right in the middle. And when asked why they play the pass the buck game. Grrrrr, I wish there was a different store close to me. This is The Worst Little Caesars! Avoid if at all possible!
This is not what you'd expect for fast and convenient. I've been here 4 times and everytime I've ended up waiting for the most simple "pepperoni pizza and some wings". Today we ordered again the most simple meal . Waited 45 minutes. The manager was on his phone while the "new" girl is by herself with a line. Guys in the back acting a fool. I guess you get what you pay for.
Been to this location multiple times, I call ahead and always place my order in advance and my pizza is always over cooked and cold. Today I ordered another pizza and the extra most bestest pizza barely had any pepperonis and the two litter I ordered was hot. Terrible
