Order from this Wingstop often, like multiple times a month, but lately they’ve been slacking so hard. I ordered 10 boneless wings LR here tonight with a side of fries. Simple. What I received were stone cold fries that had definitely been sitting for no less than 2 hours, and 8 equally stone cold bone-in wings half and half random flavors. Straight in the trash. I’m done going here.

They are kinda slow sometimes. But my food is always cooked right. I always ordered online though. Hot and Honey wings are good but too Hot. Louisiana Rub wings are very good as well. Don’t have pictures it’s been a while since I ordered.

So got 2 chicken sandwich combo. One lemon pepper and one garlic parmesan.. my issue is both sandwiches were in similar containers. No markings. No way to tell which sandwich was which even if you tried the smell test it was difficult to tell. We had to break off small pieces to try and figure out which sandwich was which. Now once we figured out the sandwich they were great. But if you got a big order no one wants to spend time tasting small pieces to figure out which sandwich are which but I would get the sandwich again.

This photo speaks for itself , plus the area by the drink is so messy. Soda had no flavor and flat you can see no bubbles I could only imagine how dirty their kitchen is. Is there even a manger that works here ?

Fries aren't good, chicken wasn't terrible, and they didn't give us napkins. I probably won't come back, but that's because it felt like a chain.

This location is awful!!!  Walked in at 9:20pm and they said that the kitchen was closed.  No other explanation, not they were out of chicken or low on anything else, those jokas was just trying to leave by 10.  Unacceptable!

Try to call in an order, put on hold for 5 minutes, hung up, called again for the 70 cent boneless wings special, young boy said he couldn’t hear me, called again third time spoke to manager Daryl he could hear me fine and gave my call to another person who was also unable to take my order for the 70 cent boneless wings special, I gave up… this is a HORRIBLE STORE DO NOT GO THERE

Every time we order from this location we are missing items. This time it was a side and no sauces though we paid extra. Last time a drink and fries.  Food is okay. However, I suggest not ordering via DoorDash. Go in store and make sure they give you all items you paid for.

Online order that went wrong... arrived at pickup time no record of the order. Showed them my order number and information.  Informed I needed to place a new order. I requested a discount from manager Chuck? kinda stared at me in disbelief I was asking. Placed my new order paid for it.. arrived home and realized my order wasn't the same in which I requested.. called manager to share my order error. So 45 minutes from online order to home I ended up with cold fries,  not enough corn and a disgruntle child because his cajun wings werent on the order. So much for lasting impressions in only a few weeks of opening..

Kittah at the counter with the small dreads is very disrespectful and has no customer service and gives wing stop a bad name
