Ordered a pizza yesterday, that was supposed to be picked up at 6 but accidentally ordered it for asap. Called the store to change the time was told that they would make it for us to be picked up at 6. Thought everything was fine, came to pick it up a little before 6 it was barely warm. Didn't really think anything it took it out of the box and could clearly tell that it was sitting for a while. I look at the order slip on the pizza and it was printed at 3:55. Would most definitely not suggest trying to call the store to change the time instead just cancel it all together!
They step they game up on crunch time I was going to order Pizza Hut I called twice they had me on hold 10 minutes two times 20mins wasted I called here once took my order fast and the pizza is delicious Papa John's from now on they came on time I will recommend
During a severe storm, my delivery driver was understandably running late. Which is fine. However, the way I was treated over the phone — for asking about store policy when a delivery is delayed by more than 45 minutes — was unacceptable. “You’ll get your pizza” was the response. I asked to speak with a manager, who was kind. But ultimately, she was also dismissive, even after I stated my issue the rudeness of the initial employee. With pizza being severely delayed and the employees being dismissive of my complaint, I felt that the least they could do was offer a future discount on an order. I never requested a specific recompense, and the manager would t budge with my complaint. I told her I would not be ordering from their location again, and that was apparently an acceptable term for them.
Ordered online for pick-up. Went in for pick-up at my scheduled time and was told that my pizzas were in the oven. 15 minutes later was then told that they hadn't actually been made yet... They were done over 30 minutes after my pick-up time. I don't really care that they were late. I just care that the cashier was clueless as to what was going on in the kitchen and didn't care to even try. Another customer came in and she blankly stared at them when they asked how long their pizza would be... She couldn't even comprehend half the things that was being said to her
Nice place since the renovation. The staff is attentive and the place is clean. Food is mediocre bur for the price who is expecting a gourmet meal???

I have never been disappointed with a Papa Johns until now. Aside from the fact that our food was barely warm when it was delivered and our pizza barely had any sauce, our boneless wings were not sauced at all ordered Chipotle sauce. When I called the restaurant to ask for a refund for the chicken, they could only send me a new one did not want to wait another hour for that or give me a credit that only worked at this restaurant which didn’t work because we are from out of state. Most of our food is going in the trash and we are just out the money. Save yourself and order from a local place with good reviews.
I ordered a pizza through their website for pickup. I was charged $5 delivery fee in spite of the fact that I picked the pizza up. I brought this to their attention and they said the charge would be removed from my credit card. The charge remains on my card. It's only $5.00, but I won't do business with a place that rips me off. I looked on the better Business bureau site and it also shows they have had some issues with health inspections at this location look up location 912. Eat here at your own risk
Service was fast and friendly. However, my food was inedible. I am a big fan of Papa John’s and had a craving for their pizza. This was my first and last tome ordering from this location. The pizza had so much sauce on it. Making it impossible to pick up by hand. It was mushy and disposed %95 of it after a sample. Gross!
