I don't usually eat fast food but decided to give Wing stop in Portchester, NY a try. I placed a order combo 15 wings, side order of fries and 20oz drink. The cashier seemed nice when I placed the order but that later changed when I decided to order something else. I asked for boneless chicken bites since I saw it was 60 cent on Mondays and Tuesdays. I thought this would be 60 cent for an order of three pieces or so, but told me 60 cent each piece. Other than getting charged tax twice I didn't mind, but when I got home, the chicken bites were extremely salty and inedible. Almost like it was purposely done. Later that night I fell very ill, vomiting several times. I would never step foot in this place again! Let's just say I will be speaking with my attorney about this matter.

Awesome!!! Wings were amazing along with the EXCELLENT customer service provided by the entire team. We were visiting from Georgia. We LOVE Wing Stop. Shout out to General Manager Elizabeth. She came over & greeted us to make sure we were ok. Also shout out to her Assistant Manager on duty with her. She was also pleasant and very friendly. Very professional staff. Good luck! We'll stop by again😊😊😊

WORST SERVICE EVER! I walk in, say "hi" to the young lady at the counter & get no response. I quickly mention it's my first time there, again..no response! I ask a few questions about options and order ($18 for 20 wings, with NO CELERY/CARROT OR SIDE)...not cheap!). She asks if I want blue cheese or ranch and I say I'll take "a couple blue cheese, thanks". After charging my card, I notice on the receipt, I was charged .80 for each sauce!!! SHE KNEW I WAS NEW THERE AND NEVER MENTIONED THIS EXTRA CHARGE! Then..I proceed to wait for my food for TWENTY SEVEN MINUTES!!! And, she never said "thank you", nor did she even have courtesy to tell me when my order came out...just dropped the bag on the counter! The wings were not bad, but definitely not worth going through all that! Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money!

Worst investment and wings ever... Overpriced and subpar. Can’t get the nasty taste out of my mouth and my unnaturally stained fingers just remind me NEVER to go there again. No wonder this place is always empty.

Not too many places impress me with their wings but I was very surprised at how delicious the wings are here. I tried atomic, hot, and the Louisiana rub. The Louisiana rub chicken wings were my favorite. The fries are really good as well. I can't wait to go back and try the other flavors.
