Love going to this grocery store! Very clean, stocked and organized. The customer service is outstanding! They really value their customers and go out of their way to provide the best service possible!

This is a typical grocery store however there are a bit more selections of Hispanic items to choose from than other places. The customer service here is pretty much non-existent from most of the employees especially the cashier's. If you can ignore the lack of customer service then it isn't a bad place for groceries.

I love Winn-Dixie but in the last four months in the store on Armenia and waters in Tampa Florida management from higher up than the stores management has gone down hill due to cutting hours so bad that on a good day only two lines are open and one is 10 items or less. After I have shopped for1 or 2 hours the last thing I want to do is stand in line for another 20 minutes or more. I have been shopping at Winn-Dixie for many many years. I have literally walked out and left my full buggy sit there and as I watched the 2 lanes that are open the cashiers are working their butts of so it is not their fault.. Also I have purchased several items that were out of date 2 cans of store brand beets 3 boxes of cracker barrel Mac and cheese and 2 loafs of Winn-Dixie bread.. You have great employees at this store.. I know the problem is corporate but we all know it's the little people that get squashed and s_ _ t on in no way do I want that to happen. Thank you for your time. If this letter does not make it to corporate office please make sure that they get it.. One very disappointed customer 😑😑😑💩💩💩

Hadn't been to this store in a while. Went back & ended up leaving without my groceries. Due to line issues. I used to love this store.
