I just want to give a big public thank you to the staff at this Winn Dixie. On a recent Sunday night, I went to my car with my groceries and found I had locked my purse in the car. Without my phone, I could not call anyone to bring another key. 
The staff helped me find a locksmith service and one of the employees used his own phone to contact them for me and give them directions. He tried 3 different services before finding one that was available. 
So, besides getting good stuff at a great price tonight, I also experienced courtesy and kindness beyond the call of duty. Thank you Winn Dixie!

The lady in the bakery was not helpful AT ALL. They didn't have much for options.  All I wanted was chocolate cake with chocolate icing, they ONLY had vanilla icing.  It was absolutely ridiculous. The lady had an attitude from the moment she got on the phone, being sure to let me know she was going to have to "drop the phone and bake the cake" to be able to do it. I had a question regarding payment and asked to speak to someone above her who might know the answer to my question. At this point she hung up on me. I called right back and she answered "I asked and we can't do that." I'm pretty sure she didn't ask anyone. She sure didn't let me speak to a manager. Not professional at all. I'm disappointed, as this is my home town.

Very good weekly deals. Very nice customer service if you have a hard time finding something. Customer service representatives will help. So if you know the 4 place to shop kind of win Dixie and have a wonderful time.

Great staff and management. Always a smile and an offer of assistance no matter who you engage. Free Community Coffee is a nice touch in the deli

Decent grocery store. Not exceptional, but this is where we do nearly all of our grocery shopping. Produce is decent, prices are fair. The store is clean. The rotisserie chicken is off the charts delicious. I love that when big events are coming up, they fire up a large grill in the front and sell fresh ribs. There are often great sales. I'm a bit disappointed they don't have a butcher anymore, but I suppose if I want a really fine or odd cut of meat I should go to South's Finest Meats anyway. The baguettes are great and at a fabulous price. I only have two complaints: (1) they're starting a new loyalty card service. I just want to get my groceries at a good price and go home. It's enough that every shopping joint and their cousin has a loyalty card service and Target accosts its customers about Target credit cards. (2) The cookies they give to children are often so bad that sometimes I wonder which was worse, the kid crying over the stale, hard, or burnt cookie, or the kid crying because he wants to leave. It seems like they gives the kids cookies they couldn't otherwise sell.
