Pizza review.
Chewy and crispy crust. Great cheese quality. Classic sauce recipe. NY style.
Cooked just right. The pie starts off on a wire rack then it's removed to finish the crust on the hot surface. 
I'm a slice folder. On a lot of slices, the tip droops and the cheese slides free. Not on these pies. Sturdy crust, cheese stays in place and one can enjoy each bite without the contents falling off.
I hope they get an online menu up. I think it would attract more business. I had to order plain cheese and pepperoni by default but may have ordered something else if I could browse a menu.

Amazing crust on the pizza, crispy bottom, chewy but not dense and heavy. Sauce is also great quality. Good service, good prices. New go-to pizza place.

Reasonably priced. Kids loved the cheese pizza and the service was great. Will go again soon
