My son and I came in at 1 o clock pm and it is 5 pm the only thing that has happened is that my son has been triaged and while we are waiting other people before us are being seen. I don’t know what the protocol is for but I think services need to be more efficient with patients especially for toddlers/kids on the weekends. Also the intake/check in lady at the front took my information which is fine but it’s very unprofessional to conduct professional customer/patient services while watching a movie or show and constantly looking down to your phone while hiding the Bluetooth device headphones around the neck. I am a disappointed patient but have no other option but to bring my child here. Workers should not be allowed to watch movies or shows while on shift and get paid, people complain about hospital customer service and what I witness is something that states that employees don’t take their job seriously. If you are here to take information from patients that’s your job, I don’t think their job description states watching movies while working.

This is a great facility...good services. Friendly environment. Long wait but healthcare is hard to obtain especially for natives who are going to school without kids

Dental receptionist very rude. Dr.s don't communicate with the health issues with their patients. No emergencies units. Very sad. No response to the patient calls.
