Ill start with the negative... I wish the staff would knock prior to entering the room. It's very uncomfortable to have people barge in without a notice. The housekeeping staff ignores you altogether and really didn't mind that they are standing between you and your loved ones as they invisibly mop the floor between you. We tried talking with one of these staff members and were ignored for about 3 minutes.

The nurses are very professional as far as care and consistency. The food was great, and the rooms are very well maintained. Overall experience, i give a 3 stars, i think better and more "customer/patient service" training is highly needed.

This office has the worst and most unprofessional staff for any hospital. The doctors are a bunch of quacks that have no idea about customer care, service or medicine. I will never go back and warn others to avoid this office and doctors if all possible!!!

The Little Colorado Medical Center is extremely friendly, welcoming and compassionate. I recently moved from Phoenix to Winslow and I needed an pregnancy test to update my DES information. However LCM did not take my specific type of insurance plan. Instead of making me feel uncomfortable, judged and unworthy they gave me the test and billed my insurance company when it was changed over. I was so grateful for their understanding and compassion during that crazy time in my life. My OBG/YN, Dr.Ried, is knowledgeable and patient, he took his time to get to know me as a patient. Little Colorado Medical Center makes me feel like I am a part of a family. This is a refreshing feeling.

SHAME on LITTLE COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER

The Little Colorado Medical Center in Winslow Arizona Is a Horror.
I  Tamara Hart, was taken by ambulance last night with severe pain by an Incredible , compassionate highly professional team of human beings.
 To arrive at a Hospital and be mistreated, rudely and disgracefully treated by the staff, Nurse Nancy and Dr Jeff Crowder.I have never been treated so badly.I have heard many testimonies, from others who have badly mistreated by this Facility.I was treated as less than human being and was in extruciating pain when  I left the Hospital.Did these people ever have a Heart? Compassion? Professionalism?Does their medical degrees and certificates justify their lack of empathy. 
WHY DO THEY NOT TREAT EVERY HUMAN BEING THAT COMES TO THEM EQUALLY!!!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO ETHICAL BEHAVIOR!!!
HOW DO THEY LOOK THEMSELVES IN THE MIRROR DAY AFTER DAY!!
