Very pleased and impressed with Brian D from Winters. He immediately introduced himself. He worked in a quiet, knowledgeable manner, answering questions to my satisfaction and explaining well. He was neat in his work habits and extremely courteous. Truly, an asset to the company he represents. I will add this....Brian has restored my confidence in this company. The prior tech, who is no longer employed there, had really destroyed my confidence.

Winters Heating & Cooling is an amazing company! They will go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. It's July now and AC's go out, it is that simple. They will stay late to make sure you have cool air before the day is over. They installed a window unit for free to hold us over until the part for our unit arrived. A big thank you to the Winters teams!

I have been using Winters Heating and Cooling since Oct. 2013. The office staff have always been very courteous, and returned my calls. The issues I've had, have always been important to them, and I've received excellent customer service. The technicians have always been very polite, introducing them selves, and very respectful of my home.

Have had Winters Heating and Cooling now for several years. Quality work and they treat your home like it's their own. One of their technicians even made a house call one night on his way home from a training class. Totally out of his way, but came over on his own because we needed the air conditioning fixed. Can't ask for better service/support
