VERY rude employees. They broke the screen on my son's computer while they had it and then told me that it was like that when I took it to them.  Incredibly disappointing.

No complaints. I used them once to diagnose a faulty hard drive that I had to replace because they didn't have it in stock, but they did help me diagnose something I couldn't myself.

Wintersmith is the best computer service I have found in the area. They do great and reliable work and the price is among the best for the quality service and reliability of the work... I would recommend them before any other.  I just have to find where they moved to...
