We bought a 1972 manufactured home. The wiring "was" a mess. We couldn't keep our stove and refrigerator running. Constantly going out and magically coming back on all by itself. Well, the last time, it wouldn't come back on. We called wire nuts and they sent a very nice, professional young man named Donovan to our rescue. In no time at all he found the problem and had us back up and running in no time at all. Now, you might say that we would have the same results regardless of who we chose. Maybe so but the price was the best ever and the service was done promptly and they show on time. That's 3 good reasons to call anyone, fast, friendly service done on time. Can't ask for much more than that. If you're reading this and considering using this service all I can say is they worked for us and they can work for you too. Thanks Wire Nuts! Joe and Carma S.

AHS contacted them to come fix some faulty outlets in our home. First, they were calling the wrong number and never notified AHS, second, once we notified them of the new number they called and setup an appt to come out. The night before the appt we had snow and my employer put us up in a hotel. Since it was not safe for me to drive home to meet with them I called and canceled the appt. I asked for another appt and was told that we will get back with you. When they final did, they wanted to come out between 10am-12pm. I notified them that this was not a good time for me and an afternoon appt would work better. I wish I could post the response I got from them. Needless to say the response was not customer friendly AT ALL. I was basically told that if I could not work around their schedule then tough NUTZ (pun intended). My next step is to contact AHS and log a formal complaint. I see that other AHS clients have had issues with them as well. I understand this is a family owned and operated business. However, that should not hamper the customer service. Who ever this is that is text messaging me; I said let me call you. They did not even answer the phone when I tried calling them. What a joke! I will handle this with AHS because Wire Nutz told my husband we are "secondary" customers. What does that even mean? Just because we are coming through AHS?

Incompetent. Came out to check out the porch light on the house via AHS home warranty request. The electrician told us the light fixture needs replacement but the wiring is fine. It turned out that the wiring is bad because the voltage meter shows no energy. When we talked to the tenants this Sunday trying to put the new light fixture up. The tenants told us that the electrician said the wire actually needs to fixed when he was there. Not only did he lie to me, but he also did not do his job at all fixing the wire which he was supposed to. Lastly, he also reported to the AHS that the porch light is off the foundation of the which is completely untrue. The light is attached to the exterior wall right next to the entry door. What a disaster and an awful experience. I told AHS that never ever send them to me again.

All the good reviews are surprising to me- my experience was very poor - communications and rudeness...am happy to find another place that is good.

Matt was at my house today working on a variety of projects. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He quickly identified and fixed all the issues. I would highly recommend Wire Nutz!
