I've been a patient here for years, and I NEVER write reviews, but after today WNC Dental left a bad taste in my mouth... and I don't mean that literally!!! I wouldn't even rate them a 1 of there was another choice. I recently decided to pull my kids from their dentist so we could attend appointments at the same time, same place due to work and school schedules. After being advised that my kids would be "dropped as patients if I had to reschedule their appointments, I kept them even though it meant me driving 30 mins away to pick one child up from a field trip and leaving work half a day early, and driving 45 mins back to the office- only to get there and they don't have us on the schedule for an appointment that I had just confirmed 2 days prior with a lady named Dawn. Not only did I waste my time, but I pulled my children from school and wasted gas driving all the way to Montreat to pull my child from his field trip to go to an appointment that THEY did not put in the books. And then one of the ladies at the front desk, tried to make the assumption that it was my fault even after the facts and confirmation was presented. I'm disgusted to say the least. I withdrew myself from this practice and am now a patient at a fantastic office. All I can say is good luck, make sure you don't alter your plans to be prompt for an appointment the scheduler didn't even schedule.

Staff is friendly and amiable. Always treat our children great. Our kids don't resist going to the dentist because of this business. They always look forward to their cleaning.

Don't get a Teeth Cleaning here. It only took this mexican girl 10 minutes. She was rolling the tools over swaths of teeth at a time and not working on individual teeth. I called the manager and she was too busy to speak. Horrible customer service!!

In addtion, I waited longer to reschedule an appointment then it  took to get a cleaning. I mentioned that to the girl who was scheduling. She ignored it. The girl next to her rolled her eyes. Pathetic!

Dr. O'Kane is a life saver.  He went above and beyond to help me in an EMERGENCY situation. 

I started using WNC Dental, because the office was less then a mile from where we lived.  We moved 30 mins away but I wouldn't go ANYWHERE ELSE.  They are Great !!!

I have been a client of WNC Dental for close to 2 years now and the experience I have is excellent. The staff is very professional and pleasant, and go that extra step to make your visit very nice. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks WNC Dental
