We received wonderful service from start to finish! Everyone was polite and professional! Lisa is very knowledgeable and helpful. She was never pushy and went out of her way to provide answers to my many questions! My father has Alzheimer's and she was extremely courteous and patient with him, as well! She took her time and walked through the store and showed us the selections we were interested in. She knew, up front, we were not going to purchase for several months. The men who delivered our furniture were top notch. We did not have any dings on the walls or furniture and they had to carry some very heavy furniture upstairs. We were impressed with the exceptional service provided and will definitely go back for future purchases!

Thank you to all of the amazing employees of Wolvertons! I was so undecided on what I was looking for when I went there, and everyone was so patient with me. They took the time to show me different pieces & even gave me ideas on how to set everything up in my home to give me the best look. I purchased a full living room set & when the guys delivered, they set it up exactly the way Ron and I had discussed! Thank you guys for a fun, stress free experience! I will be back!

The most friendly and courteous staff! So nice to shop locally and be treated so well. Ronn was very kind and helpful while I shopped never pushy to make a sale let me take my time to make my decision and when the gentlemen delivered my furniture they were very polite and careful not to damage anything and even helped me move a couple of things!! I will always shop at Wolverton's!! Locally owned by a great family!!! Highly recommend!!

We always enjoy going in Wolverton's, they always make you feel at home. The prices are always great ,that's why we furnished our home with them! They have a huge choice to pick from, and if they don't have what you want they can get it! Great delivery every time! So drop by and enjoy your visit!

It baffles me how you can do business with a company for so many years spending as much money as I have just to get the run around for a month, to add insult to injury how can a business allow “THE HELP” to speak to a regular spending customer the way I was spoke to today over the phone and not only that she is going to threaten me and come out with a lie “I’m hollering” at her mind you now the phone is recording on my end to confirm the lies. This business doesn’t communicate at all and just gives you the run around about replacing your damaged goods that came this way from them and not even delivering everything you’ve paid for at that, it’s funny how I’m just getting disrespected as a paying customer over something that isn’t my fault but this company want to make it seem like it’s all on me. I won’t spend another dime in this place and crazy you have to go legal because “The Help” wants to be stupid with the wrong one for the last time. I’m appalled for a company to have been in business for 116 years and still need to learn and teach “The help” the definition of “Customer Satisfaction and Professionalism”, I’ve heard so many horrible stories of this place over the years but never experienced anything first hand but let me tell you those stories are truly honest and I’ve seen this over the last month and a half plus today. P.S. It's funny how the communication starts after leaving my review, Shipping damages indeed happen during shipment however it doesn't take a month and a half to have it not be replaced still, also I would like what I paid for fixed, why give a refund when you can just reorder what I paid for and replace the damaged furniture like I was told, It's not my first rodeo buying furniture and I know at times it indeed comes in damaged from shipment but not an excuse for the lack of communication and poor customer service I've received.
