I've used Tom's carpet cleaning services at my home and he's the only carpet cleaning person we use at my place of business. He is ALWAYS friendly, professional and conscientious of our seniors. He's one of those "good 'ol boys" that you love doing business with. His prices are very reasonable too!

I am writing this review at 11:30pm on a weekday. This guy who owns the company is right under my apartment running his loud machine and motors sucking some apartment dry. Now I understand there may of been a minor flood that takes about 5 minutes to clean up. But the fact that you are "EXACTLY" under someones bedroom floor and window and not care for the time of night is completely asinine. Especially when the apartment affected is next to a public street and you can park there and walk through the gate next to said apartment and "NOT" be next to any windows and a sleeping 5 month old baby. His excuse, I dont have a Key, yet the maintenance guy was right there with him and could of opened the gate. Even Better, The gate never closes, so he could of gotten in. Complete Disregard for the time of night and other people.
