If you would like to see the definition of incompetence, just come live here and deal with the office staff. This apartment staff will fool you like its April fools day everyday. They have taken months to fix the leak in my ceiling that I submitted a request for back in November. Now the wall that is adjacent to the leak has water damaged and the ceiling is caving in. Would not be surprised if mold or mildew is behind the sheetrock, considering the drywall is seeping from being so wet. The units are extremely outdated for what you are paying for. We viewed our apartment the day of signing because that was our only choice due to no models being available to show. Due to our personal circumstances at the time, we had no other choice but to sign the lease. When we moved in our apartment had ants in the kitchen and was messier then a "move in ready" unit should be.
Good luck trying to reach the office staff as well because they make answering a phone look difficult and do not respond to an email until days later.

Now to the good things about this complex: The area is alright. Quiet neighborhood and good location. They do not have breed restrictions so if you have an "aggressive breed" they are ok with it, and have no weight limitations. Maintenance takes care minor issues very well, no problems with them. As long as maintenance can fix it your okay, but if the office has to contact someone else to fix it, you're doomed. The people that live in the community are really nice and laid back - parking is never an issue here either.

Really hoped this could be a community I could call home for a few years, but I am 6 months into my lease and I will be moving out at the end of it. Do a little more research before considering this place because you have very nice apartments right across the highway from these that have much more to offer. I really hope this review helps someone before they pay to get it deleted. Thats absolutely the only way all the reviews are fairly positive. I nearly gave a 4 star review 3 months ago as I was pretty satisifed. Little did I know what I was dealing with when I had a bigger issues on my hands like a ceiling leak. Hope this helps.

I've lived at Woodbridge Apartments for approximately a year and I have to say its one of the best apartments I've lived in. Maintenance is very responsive to the very limited issues I've had and the management puts on fun events for the residents such as free breakfast or food trucks. 

The apartments are nice and fairly large for the price. The fixtures and carpet are good quality and not the cheapest one on the market. Utility costs are very reasonable. In the summer, my max electricity bill was $78 as a first floor apartment. The apartment complex is quiet in the section that I am located. The amenities are good and the management is updating them to be more modern. If you're looking for a quiet, affordable apartment community with a great management, this place is the best place.

Seems nice enough, if you want to live in an apartment, which I do not, ever again as long as I live and have breath.  Thanks anyway.
