Seriously... where do I begin? My boyfriend and I stayed here for a month and spent over $1,300. We booked a one bedroom and they gave us a two bedroom and had us pay the price for a two bedroom at the beginning of our stay. Steadily promised us they would move us to a one bedroom, and for the whole month we were there,  we were in the same two bedroom. Their hallways smelt disgusting. We could come in from outside and even with all the construction, it was better outside than it was inside. AND THE MOST disrespectful thing I experienced while I was here, we paid weekly and the clock out time was 11. At 9am the front lady at the desk would always always always, every time, knock on our door and demand the money we had to pay at 11. There was one time my boyfriend and I were walking down the hall, it was about 9:30am and she was asking if we were going to stay another week, and we said yes and her reply was demanding us to give her the money... again. These people don’t care if you have a good, clean stay or not. They just want money. Not to mention, their A/C units are crappy. They never get the rooms cold and the heater doesn’t ever work. The hot water will stay hot for about 5 mins and then get cold for awhile and it just repeats its self. The blankets have stains all over them and the comforter and the couch by the window had holes all in it.

The Regency Inn And Suites was a good ending to a bad day. The lobby was very clean. The customer service was excellent, I was even upgraded to a suite. It is located next to a nice selection of eateries. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, the TV was huge. I have no complaints at all!

Very dirty and no coffee pot. TV had some sort of drink splattered left on the screen. Bedding had a hole burned through it from a previous stay. Air conditioner took over 4 hours to get the room cold. Hot water didn't work continuously.

Not the worst stay ever but it makes the list not the list of return visits employees are pretty in polite not very accommodating at all the side door closest to our room 121 can be opened without a key.there are not any safes in the room. And my wife went to shower this morning and there wasn't any hot water available then finally when it was available after she was in there 3 mins it went completely cold.
