Parking is a bit annoying but I have gone here for two years and have always loved talking to the doctors. Both of them treat me like a real person and listen to what I have to say to get me the help I need. Waiting room is nice and new and everything is very clean. You do need to make an appointment as they are more an actual Physicians office now. But they are really great and fast.

Truly one of my favorite medical clinics in the hills... I used to date a girl over there and anytime we ever needed anything that's the place to go.

I was walking up the the store front at 7:59 am, an employee let herself in and locked the door in my face, waved her finger and said something through the glass then immediately walked away. DO NOT GO HERE, EVER!! Under new management, crappy management. At this rate it'll be a morgue in no time.

The receptionist was super rude, yelling at people for no reason. Hard to imagine being yelled just for trying to make an appointment.

I called and specifically scheduled an appointment with an ear specialist. It wasn't until I came in for my scheduled appointment that I was told that it was an urgent care facility and that there was no ear specialist on site. I was charged the higher urgent care co-pay while they billed my insurance for a general office visit (resulting in a $30 mischarge). I was told that the general doctor would be just as helpful but in examining my ear he actually punctured my skin and it wasn't until I had another doctor examine my ear that we noticed blood from the damage he caused (it wasn't anything permanent but it was damage nonetheless). The staff at the Woodland Hills office was rude and very unhelpful. I do not recommend this facility BY ANY MEANS.
