It was very run down. I was thinking of getting a camper there but I wasn't impressed with it at all. There was nothing for my grandkids to do. Nowhere to swim. I'm going somewhere else to look

This place is not a good place for your family. The owner has a very aggressive and unprofessional attitude. He screams at people about minor misunderstanding about parking. And harassed our group to the point everyone was very uncomfortable. I would strongly suggest another place if you want to enjoy your vacation unless you want to pay to be in a run down trailer park with gross bathrooms and feces in the showers.

Friendly owners. Would like to give better rating but the bathrooms, etc need serious maintenance. Have to pay to shower in a run down bathroom. Some of the permanent residents need to clean up their sites. Residents across the road from us had a loud party until the wee hours, even though we asked them to quiet down at 12:30. Unfortunately all the other parks in the area were full because of the pipeline work going on in the area. It's too bad, because it is a pretty area...

Run down and a handful of people who take pride in the park. It has its goods but not many.

Ok if you really need a place to stay overnight. From what I can see, probably 99% of these old run-down RVs are permanent, with all of the associated outside junk and clutter. Large, loud family forced me to turn my air conditioning on just to block out the noise. Didn't check the facilities, I use my own in my RV. Office was pleasant enough when I checked in. Perfect Verizon wifi and cell. Extremely wooded, very tall trees. Plenty of kids and dogs. Really my only complaints would be that so many of these old RV's are run down and the loud neighbors.
