I have lived here for a little over a year. Had issues with credit and rental history and they have really been helpful. The place is clean and the management (Dana and Lauren) are great! 👍🏽
Every place has its problems but it seems that they are on top of it. There are police that come through on a regular basis and keep crazy to a very bare minimum. I say over all this is a quiet and clean place to live. I love my neighbors on my cul de sac, who are all quiet and like a family. The kids can play and ride their bikes right outside. Everyone looks out for each other. When the freeze happened everyone checked on each other and grouped together to see that we all were okay. When I first rode through before I moved here, I was surprised to see a mobile home park so quiet and clean. It has not changed and I hope it never does.

They don't seem to care what anyone does in here it's a free for all but causing issues for residents that have lived here along time. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. You can complain but nothing gets done. We still have tree limbs everywhere from over 2 months ago and parking is ridiculous it's hard to get in and out.  I know this is a mobile home park but it used to be a nice one. Not anymore.  I am looking to move soon I hope.

Lauren and Dana are always a big help and are fast to fix any problems that come up. Always really nice and excited to help. Thanks for getting Trinity and I in our new home. It was a fast and easy. They are the best of you ask me.. Keep up the good work!!! 😀
