DO NOT stay here if you are looking for any sort of decent customer service. I booked a stay here and ended up having to leave early due to medical emergency. They WOULD NOT consider the severity of the situation and credit me for the nights that I did not use the room. Not only that, but the manager I spoke to was extremely unprofessional, replied to all of my concerns with "that's your opinion" and "we are successful without you." Save yourself the headache...go somewhere else. They have zero regard for hospitality. On top of that, they went into my room twice without checking with me first. I understand that a hotel needs to keep up with the rooms, but they went in without permission and without any sort of courtesy call before hand. Spend more money and go somewhere else. This is a joke of a hotel and the only reason to stay here is if it's your last or only option.

I have stayed at this property several times from 10 days to 2 months. It is like home away from home for Business stays or transitional periods. This property is new, modern, clean and economical and in a very convenient location. The Management is great and has worked very hard to make improvements to the environment as necessary even meeting the demands of short term guests as they have come up. The property is/was designed as an Extended Stay but due to the popularity that rose quickly among short stay guests, there were unexpected issues which the staff has endeavored to quickly resolve. This property is my home away from home.I would recommend it to anyone needing an Extended Stay hotel.

Secured entry, continental free breakfast, spa, workout room, vending machines, laundry. Room I visited had a kitchen, full size microwave, stovetop, larger fridge/freezer. The beds are large and comfy and the comforters are amazing. Large bathroom with fill tub and shower. This place is quiet and calm

i waned to say i was reading others reviews and was upset at the things people are upset about. like the dishes you can purchase dishes here and you are informed of this when checking in. This is a great extended stay hotel. The amenities that are offered are fair for the price. I have stayed in the extended stays that offer all that, coffee makers, shampoos ect... in your room but the price is almost three times the amount. I really appreciate that it is a secure building, no getting in unless you have a key. It is new and very comfortable. I would recommend staying here. The staff is fantastic as well. Very friendly.

Nice, new extended stay hotel. Full kitchen, big HDTV with HD programming. Very spacious and well thought-out design for a long-term stay. Staff is informative and provides great customer service.
