I brought my children here for their first time in Seattle! We are happy with everything about this hotel. It's clean, wonderful staff, great beakfast, and very close to restaurants as well as stores. The only thing that could make it better is if the pool opened at 7am instead of 9am. Aside from that, we'll definitely come back.

We stayed here a week. Good things: Parking was never difficult, nor was the road too busy to make the left turn into the parking lot. The hotel was located near grocery stores and restaurants, so we never had to venture far for our needs. The breakfasts never tasted bad. They had chocolate chip cookies in the afternoons. Not so good things: The room smelled musty if we didn't have our air running. The breakfast contained fresh pancakes and no waffles...I really like hotel waffles and I didn't get any. The cleaning for our room was a making our bed and toiletry replacement, and little else, we didn't get fresh towels every day, but we did most days. The hot tub was small and it was awkwardly close if there were strangers in it too. The TV reception was terrible on several channels and each channel took a long time to load.

The beds are comfy, the pillow selection is great (each states if it's a soft or firm pillow), and the fridge is a great size but there aren't enough outlets to keep the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker plugged in. Plus there's only 1 outlet next to the beds and 2 next to the desk. It's seriously lacking in this day and age. The last good thing... Chocolate chip cookies at the front desk and amazing cinnamon rolls for breakfast.

When I first arrived to the hotel, my friend Morgan was checking in and the woman at the front desk was being extremely rude to her saying that she was lucky she didn’t cancel our reservation do to not being able to run the credit card on file prior to arrival. Mind you the card worked just fine when we got there. We also upgraded the room before hand to have pink bedding for the American girl dolls and they didn’t do that for us. There was no sense of mentioning that to them even though it was an additional fee we did pay for this to be done. When I laid down to watch tv for a while before going to bed I had 2 ants crawling on me!!! I killed them and checked the rest of the bed before I could even think about getting back in it. Last but not least my daughter forgot her necklace she got from her Grandma in the hotel room. I already got back to Oregon before she realized it. I called asking if they found the necklace by chance, all she said was well do you want to come get it then. I said well no I’m already back in Oregon and I live over 5 hours away. I asked if she could mail it to me. She said well I guess if you want to purchase a ups shipping label. I was like ok so you definitely found the necklace. She said well no the room hasn’t been cleaned yet. I said can you please call me if you end up finding it. She said no why don’t you call back in a couple hours and hung up on me!!! This is he worst costumer service I’ve ever dealt with. I go on a lot of trips and I have never had a hotel be so unwilling to help a customer.

This was a great place to stay for our large family. Hopefully we weren't too loud for the neighboring rooms. We had two rooms, one was at the end of the building and the other was next to the elevator and ice machine. On occasion it was noisy from the traffic coming to and from the elevator but nothing that wouldn't be expected from the location of the room. They also offered and amazing breakfast everyday that had something for everyone. Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate, juice and more. We will definitely be choosing this location or another one just like it when we vacation in the area again.
