I am extremely pleased with this location. One representative particularly never seize to amaze me. Lay is always very helpful to me and my family. His persistence and great effort to make this establishment a great place to stay is the reason I will continue to come when I need a place to stay. He's great! Thank you Lay and the rest of the staff here. Desiree and Quinten both very great employees as well. I love it.

Loved my stay there. I was assisted by Stacy, who worked the overnight shift. She was very polite, professional, and made me feel like i was a priority.

The front desk associate "Lay" helped me make my reservation over the phone , & was extremely helpful. Very rarely do I recommend places to my family and friends but this is definitely on my list to do so. I will be returning !

First time there it looked very nice and clean. Went to check in but was told the water was off but the issue will be resolved soon, so I still check in because I was dog tired I get in my room it looks clean but there was a funny smell and I just wanted to lay down went to use the bathroom before doing so and there were roaches in the tub on the floor behind the toilet and I freaked out was refunded all of my money and I will not be back to this location or any other Woodsprings ever. But the night clerk was very nice and not rude at all he needs a raise.
