Pay attention to all the negative reviews. They don't lie. I have been going to this nail salon for at least two years. It's convenient to where I live, and for the most part, I was always satisfied until today. Today is my birthday, and to treat myself, I went to Camp Springs Mega Nails to get a manicure and pedicure. When I walked in the shop, there were no clients waiting and only two or three having their nails done. The manicurist told me it would be about a ten minute wait. Fine, no problem. I could wait. I took about five minutes choosing my color, and then I asked the manicurist if I could sit in one of the pedicure chairs while I waited. She screams at me, "CAN YOU WAIT 10 MINUTE?! THEY NOT FINISH YET!!" I said, "Well, there are vacant chairs available, and all I want to do is sit down and wait, but if you're going to be rude and nasty, you're not getting my money." And with that I walked the **** out and went to Mega Hair 2000, another shop with a similar name, but a completely different professional level. That witch at Camp Springs needs to be slapped with a wet noodle. If you want to be treated like a piece of you-know-what, help yourself to Camp Springs Mega Nails. They will NEVER get my business again. Stay away!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! The guy in there is very rude and very rough. He did my pedicure did not speak at all. When he needed you to lift your foot or move it he would smack my leg and my foot instead of just speaking and asking me to do what he needed me to do. I witnessed an elderly woman come in for a manicure. The same guy worked on her nails. He told her the price but he had a face mask on and couldn't understand him, another employee then yelled the price in her face. She wanted a specific thing done and she's trying to explain it to the man, the same employee comes back and yells at her again "what do you want!?". My nails and feet were done poorly and rushed by both of the people that did them. Attitudes are bad. DO NOT COME HERE!! EVER!!!

I want to give NO STARS!! I went in Thursday for a nail to be fixed and a fill in. While i was trying to look for a color she tried to do my nails. Like she was rushing me. (THE POLISH IS LOCKED) She was filing my nails so long, the nail bed started to burn. (She burned a couple of nails) Then she proceeded to cut off anothwr nail even though it wasn't broken. She said it had to do with it lifting. Which was fine but I would have liked to be told before she sid that(its extra $$$) when she fixed the broken nails she never measured to make sure they where the same length. I wanted them to look uniformed, so she got upset cuz i said they didnt look the same. A guy came over(not the owner) and said they look fine. I didnt agree, so HE INSULTED ME, TOLD ME TO LEAVE AND NEVER COME BACK! I NEVER RAISED MY VOICE AND WAS VERY RESPECTABLE. NEVER WASYE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. THEY ARE VERY RUDE!!!!

I went in with my sister for manicure and pedicure, and massages with both. I got a decent massage with my pedicure, and NO massage with my manicure. She didn't get a massage with either. Then they charged us an extra 10$ for no reason. We paid $150 and didn't get nearly the quality that was promised. Never again.

VERY HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! Will OVERCHARGE YOU AND SCREW UP YOUR EYEBROWS AND THE MANAGER WILL NOT CARE THAT YOU ARE DISSATISFIED! Consider yourself warned go at your own risk! If I could give zero stars I would!
