Don't even bother calling their number. Their telephone service will lead to them hanging up on you instead of passing you to a representative. This information is correct as of the time of writing this. Aside from this, the inside doesn't feel "clean" and there's a funk when you come inside. The wait times are different each time you go as some reps are faster than others and some situations aren't as serious or time-demanding as others so take that into consideration. I used to want come here all the time because it was faster and more convenient than the one in Cranston. I would much rather watch a shadow move 20 feet than go to the one there. Woonsocket DMV isn't bad but it used to be A LOT better.

Very horrible place. The service is very slow. They make you make stupid lines for nothing Just to waste your time. 👎👎👎 should be more professional to attend the customers faster

Got here at 8am on a Wednesday, waited in the small line out front. As soon as they opened, I was 4th in line. Was called up before I could even take a seat. Had everything paid for and done in 15 minutes. I advise you show up before they open, they have you in and out no problem.

Worst place ever!! Can they work any slower???? Like, for real!! They're so slow!!! They don't even go by ticket order!! They stop at one letter and keep working with other letter for hours!!! They really need help!!!!!! They suck
